6) Picture of the part in the original OEM packaging with part # visible
Once Our Staff Have Received Your Return Request:
• You will receive confirmation within 1-3 business days on approval or dis-approval of return.
• Some instances may require additional information, or photos to complete our return process. (We will contact you if necessary).
After The Return Has Been Approved:
• You will be emailed an RMA # - Please print this and place in the box.
• Be sure to ship the accepted items back in their original packaging.
• DO NOT write on the box - this will VOID your return.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping.
• All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
• Once the shipment is received our team can begin the return process for you.
